Sara Wilkinson
I am a singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada. Music has always been a part of my life. My voice has always been my outlet, and songwriting, my diary.

I recorded my first album “Honest Release” at the age of 19, and two years later recorded “Mr. Brown” in Moncton NB, following a traumatic breakup. After that release, I moved back home where I released an EP entitled “YOU”, filled with a plethora of my thoughts and feelings.

Six years later, I was ready to show the world something new. After years of being labelled a “folk” artist, I put down the guitar and focused on telling the story through my main instrument.. my voice. This is how my latest album “Willingly” was born. With the aid of some incredible musicians, I go from Pop, to Soul, to Reggae, to Funk to blues to Jazz.
This album deals with learning to let go. What it’s like for us as humans to put everything we have on the line and not knowing what we might get in return.

It’s important for Sara to speak out, to take a stand through her song. Coupled with her desire to want to express her story and
her relationship with the world, she drew the inspiration for her songs “Human” and “Speak.”

These two songs led Sara down a different path as an artist.
She has seen so many people from her generation suffer from loneliness and anxiety. Now, she wants to be as unapologetic as possible about who she truly is, and wants to encourage everyone around her to do the same. If we can do this, perhaps we may all find peace within.

Sara is now working on new material, including several video projects to achieve this goal.
Beth Moore
Beth Moore is no stranger to the Canadian Music Scene. Praised as an open and honest songwriter by fans and media alike, Moore has seen high rotation for two of her songs on CBC radio and was the #2 Fan favourite artist for 2015 with songs ‘OK OK’ and ‘Five out of Ten’ both hitting the top 20 garnering overwhelming fan support. Sirius XM’s The Verge also named “Maybe It’s OK” from “Five Out Of Ten” the #1 song on their Fresh Five list. With her compelling lyrics and from the heart delivery, Moore has played over 1000 live shows both big and small, including the 2012 Canada Day Concert on Parliament Hill in Ottawa alongside Feist and Jully Black, in addition to prestigious festivals across southern Ontario including Scene Music Festival, In the Soil, and Toronto’s Indie Week. Earlier this year, she opened for Keith Urban at Global/Entertainment Tonight Canada’s New Year’s Eve bash in Niagara Falls. She has appeared live on CHCH, GlobalTV, Humble and Fred, and many more. Beth has been called out as one of Canada’s best new songwriters and it is only the beginning.
Claire Hunter
Claire Hunter is a Toronto-based singer/songwriter and actor originally from Almonte. She released her debut EP, “Something Safe”, last February and has since been performing in venues all over Toronto. You can also see her in six episodes of the American tv series, Reign, currently airing on the CW Network. Claire is delighted to be playing The Festival of Small Halls at the beloved venue she first played a decade ago. You can visit for updates and upcoming shows.
The Purcell Project
Alex and his bandmates come from small fishing towns on the east coast of Canada, known as the Maritimes.
The Purcell Project name pays homage to Alex’s grandfather, Joseph Purcell, who was a well-respected painter from the coast. He worked exclusively in oil paints, and often depicted the raging, emotional sea as his subject.
With music as his paint, Alex uses various styles to blend his signature sound. Currently, the band is performing with Alt-rock, jazz, and acoustic singer songwriter elements. Vocal harmonies and dynamic ensemble work make this band a stand-out in the scene.
When playing with his band, you will be treated to the talents of Lauren Mayer (guitar/vocals) Jennifer Pos (keys), Peter Bull (bass/vocals), and Robert Purcell (drums).
Alex is inspired by performers, entertainers, instrumentalists, and friends. He is constantly composing on his main instruments, the piano and guitar.
